What is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health & Wellness coaching like any coaching starts with you and your needs and desires. All programs are developed specifically for each person. Below you will find 4, 6 and 12-week programs from Good to Better to Best. Each one of the programs can be customized to your coaching needs dependent upon the time frame you choose to invest.
WHY DO I NEED A HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH?
Dr. Dean Ornish has proven through scientific trials the four pillars to longevity. They are…Food, Exercise, Meditation/Prayer (Connection to a Higher place) and Connection/Love of Others and Being Loved. As a coach I am here to walk with you as you navigate these four pillars to live a long, healthy, happy life.
I understand that it is difficult to change habits and adapt new ways of living. Our work together will be centered around what you want to achieve and how to get there while navigating food and exercise choices, time constraints, stress and relationships amongst other pitfalls that may show up along the journey.
The journey itself will look differently for everyone. Does your road to health and wellness include working with one or more of these: food, fitness, support, goal setting, working with thoughts and feelings, past successes and disappointments and staying on course?
